Like many residents of the beautiful Pacific Northwest, we're transplanted Californians (though we've been here quite a while by now...) who fell in love with the natural beauty and quality of life in this spectacular part of the country. With two teenage kids, we also appreciate the "small town", simpler pace of life and the multitude of activities available all year round. No more gridlocked freeways to deal with!

Both coming from a background in the entertainment industry where Mimi followed her actor father, Rafael Campos and had a career in commercial television and motion picture work, and Kirk was an artist/composer with Atlantic Records as well as doing a little TV and commercial work of his own, we found all aspects of the Real Estate business challenging and rewarding enough to keep us enthused, excited and interested seven days a week -- and we work seven days a week, and we love it! Maybe that's why we've been consistently honored for our commitment to Premier Service.

We work a little differently than most couple teams in Real Estate and if you ask any of our satisfied clients, they recognize we're not your "ordinary" Real Estate team. Kirk handles all the showings, advertising, pricing, photography, and the website (all the fun stuff), and Mimi takes over once we begin contract negotiations. With incredible attention to detail and a background in contracts, Mimi's negotiation skills have pulled us through some incredibly complex and challenging transactions that looked hopeless.

We like to keep active with all the great activities the Inland Northwest has to offer, from attending the local parades, shows and fairs, to even competing in the highly-respected CDA Ironman Triathlon (Mimi, not Kirk, who is too chicken). We also donate a portion of each of our sales to benefit the great many charities who work diligently in support of a cure for MS and cancer, or work on behalf of stroke victims. These are all issues that have affected us personally and we consider it an honor to be able to help them out as much as possible.
